

THE ESSEX COUNTY COUNCIL (CHELMSFORD CITY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING)
AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (AMENDMENT NO.77) ORDER 202*
Following the recent formal consultation on the above Order, several comments were received. The South Essex Parking Partnership (SEPP) have considered these representations and has decided the following:
‘No Waiting at Any Time’ (double yellow line) restrictions will be abandoned on Burgess Field, and on the east side of Golding Thoroughfare from outside no. 3 to its junction with Burgess Field. The remaining proposal will be made as advertised. Please see the attached plan for clarification.
The proposed restrictions for Mallard Road will proceed as advertised.
In addition, the below schemes did not receive any objections and will therefore proceed as advertised:
Steps will now be taken to implement the proposed schemes in August 2026.
