Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, are running the MSE Patient Travel Survey to better understand how you travel to hospitals and clinics. Your experiences – good or bad – will help identify where they can make improvements.
Whether you drive, use public transport, rely on family and friends, or use patient transport services, we want to hear from you.
The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and covers:
• How you usually travel to appointments
• Any challenges you face
• What would make your journey easier
Your feedback will be used to:
• Improve community transport in Brentwood, Thurrock and Basildon to reduce missed appointments caused by travel poverty
• Identify other areas where travel poverty affects access to hospitals and medical services
• Update Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust’s travel plan
• Work with transport providers and local councils to enhance services
• Develop better information about travel options for patients
